Introduction
  • Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), on behalf of its co-venturer (Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)), invites interested and prequalified companies for this tender opportunity for the procurement, delivery and installation of IT Infrastructure asset types as listed below in all company locations in Nigeria for our IT Infrastructure assets upgrade and refresh (Life Cycle Management) program.
  • The proposed contract term is five (5) years with an option of two (2) year extension.
  • The contracts are expected to commence in 4th quarter 2025 and remain active for five (5) years, with an option to extend the duration for another two (2) years.
Scope of Work
The scope of work for the services includes, but is not limited to, the following:
  • Procurement of IT Infrastructure
  • Delivery and Documentation as Requirements
  • Technology Refresh and Future-Proofing
  • Procurement of Equipment-Related Licenses
  • Procurement and Maintenance of End-User Devices and Servers
  • Maintenance and Support Services
  • Service Level Agreement Compliance
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Logistics and Installation Services
  • Environmental and Safety Compliance.

  • To be eligible, all tenders must comply with Nigerian Content requirements in the NipeX system.
Nigerian Content Requirements
  • Chevron Nigeria Limited is committed to the development of the Nigerian Oil and Gas business in observance with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act 2010 (NOGICD Act) enacted by the Federal Government of Nigeria in April 2010.Pursuant to enactment of the NOGICD Act, the minimum Nigerian Content in any project, service or product specification to be executed in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry shall be consistent with the level set in the schedule of the Act and any other target as may be directed by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB).
  • Contractors shall comply with the provisions of the NOGICD Act and all applicable regulations.
  • Bidders that do not meet the Nigerian Content criterion will not be allowed to participate in the next Tender Stage.
The following are the Nigerian Content requirements bidders are expected to comply with in their technical bid submission:
  • Tenderer shall demonstrate that entity is a Nigerian-registered company with greater than 51% Nigerian shareholding Submit certified true copies of CAC forms 01, 02 & 07 (or its equivalent; CAC 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, etc.). Tenderer shall provide evidence of registration with the NCDMB NOGIC JQS and NUPRC.
  • Tenderer shall provide detailed description of the location of in-country committed facilities not limited to administrative office, technical office, and workshop for execution of the work scope.
  • Provide evidence of what percentage of your key management positions is held by Nigerians and what percentage of the total work force are Nigerians. Also, show overall percentage of work to be performed in Nigeria and those by Nigerian resources relative to total work volume.
  • Bidders shall provide any of the underlisted NCEC demonstrating capacity and capability to execute the work scope:
    • Category 1,2,3,4 or 5 Consultancy Services (CS) group NCEC
    • Category 1,2,3,4 or 5 Procurement and Supplies (PS) group NCECe.
  • Tenderer shall comply with the latest approved version of NCDMB HCD guideline by committing (via a letter of undertaking) to providing Project- Specific training, man-hour, budget, skill development, and understudy plan for Nigerian personnel utilizing OGTAN registered trainer(s) or other approved NCDMB training institution(s).
Additional Information
  • Suppliers eligible for this tender opportunity are expected to be prequalified and 'live' in NJQS under this product/service category.
  • The Invitation to Tender (ITT) and any further progression of this tencer shall be via NipeX.
  • All costs incurred in preparing and processing NJQS prequalification shall be to the contractor's accounts.
  • Meet the requirement of Security Services.
  • This advertisement shall neither be construed as any form of commitment on the part of Chevron Nigeria Limited to award any contract to any company and or associated companies, sub-contractors or agents, nor shall it entitle prequalified companies to make any claims whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from Chevron Nigeria Limited and or any of its partners by virtue of such companies having been prequalified in NJQS.
  • The tendering process shall be the NNPC contracting process requiring pre- qualified companies on NipeX NJQS to submit together technical and commercial tenders. Following a technical review, only technically qualified contractors will progress to the commercial phase of the tender process for commercial evaluations and awards.
  • Chevron Nigeria Limited will communicate only with authorized officers of the pre-qualifying companies and NOT through individuals or Agents.
