Location: Patani, Delta

Introduction
In compliance with the Delta State Public Procurement Law of December 2026, Patani Local Government Council is in the process of executing the project listed below:

Eligibility

Interested contractors are required to submit the underlisted documents which will be used as criteria for both technical and professional evaluation of all bids:

Evidence of Registration as contractor with Patani Local Government
Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
Evidence of valid Tax Clearance for the past three years
Verifiable contact address of business office, premises etc.
Evidence of payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee of #100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) into the Local Government Treasury.
Evidence of Technical/Professional Qualifications.
Evidence of Financial capability.
Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed.

Collection of Documents
Tenders are advised to visit and inspect documents of various projects showing the drawing specifications/bills of Engineering, Measurements, and Evaluation between 8:00am to 4:00pm of Monday to Friday within the active period of this notice at the Office of the Head of Works Department before tendering.

Monday, 17th March 2025.

Submission of Tender
Completed bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope showing clearly the description of the project and name of the Contractor on top of the envelope addressed to:
