Introduction

Nasarawa State Urban Development Agency (NUDA) invites reputable Contractors with relevant and verifiable experience for pre-qualification for the Implementation of FY2025 Nasarawa state budget.
The process will be conducted in line with the NSBPP Law 2020 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement regulations.

Qualification Requirements

Evidence of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC 2&CAC7
Evidence of current and Valid Registration with the Nasarawa State Bureau of Public Procurement (NSBPP) in appropriate class or category.
Current Tax Clearance Certificate of the bidding Company for at least three (3) years.
Bidding Company's profile and organizational structure including names and resume of the key staff.
Evidence of Company financial capability Audited financial Statement and balance sheet for the last three (3) Years.
Evidence of financial capability (Reference letter from reputable Bank)
Evidence of previous Contracts executed and certificates of job completion for at least three jobs handled in the last five (5) years.
Sworn Affidavit:
- Disclosing whether or not any Officer of Nasarawal State Urban Development Agency (NUDA) or the Bureau is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidders and to confirm that all information presented in its bids are true and correct in all particular.
- Of not having any Director who has been convicted in any country for criminal and misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter.
- Of not being in receivership, the subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceeding or the subject of any winding up petition or proceedings.
Other Relevant attachments deemed for consideration.

Payments

Interested eligible Bidder is required to PAY a Non- refundable tender fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) only.
Bids from two or more different bidders having common controlling interest shall be disqualified if bidding for the project.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from NUDB Office, Jos Road during office hours 0900Hrs to 1700Hrs.

Collection of Bidding Documents

A complete set of Bidding Document in (English Language) may be purchased by interested bidders at the above address, upon the submission of a written. application addressed to; The Managing Director, Nasarawa State Urban Development Agency (NUDA) and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000), through the Central Billing System of the Nasarawa State Government.

Closing Date

14th March, 2025 (12 noon).
