The Ebonyi State Government through the Project Implementation Unit is inviting eligible bidders to submit their sealed bids for the Revitalization (Renovation / Construction) of 13 Primary Health Care Centres in Abakaliki, Ebonyi, Izzi, Ezza South, Ezza-North, Ishielu and Ohaukwu Local Government Areas of Ebonyi State. Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

Introduction

The Federal Goverment of Nigeria on behalf of Ebonyi State Government has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of improving utilization and quality Immunization Plus and Malaria Services in selected States of the Federation and intends to apply part of the Proceeds towards the payment for the revitalization of 25 Selected Public Health Centres (PHCs) in Ebonyi State
The Ebonyi State Goverment through the IMPACT Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
Bid Security: 35,000,000.00
This is a single package but will be awarded on lot basis. Only 1 Lot will be awarded to a successful bidder.

Bidding Procedures

Bidding will be conducted through the National Compettive Bidding (NCB) Procedures as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 (Procurement Regulation") and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.
In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the Procurement regulation of the conflict of interest.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information in writing from State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), through the Project Manager (PM) or Email: njokumayor@yahoo.com and may also inspect the bidding documents during office hours between 9.00 a.m - 4.00 p.m, Monday - Friday at the address given below.

Payment for Bidding Documents

A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (#100,000.00) for the package.
The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of Ebonyi State Immunization Plus and Malaria Progress by Accelerating Coverage and Transforming Services (IMPACT) Project Counterpart Fund Account Number: 12251423840 with Zenith Bank.
A copy of the Bidding Document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through a courier firm at the service cost to the bidder.

12th March, 2025 (12 noon).
