Collection of Documents

Tenders application form and documents are to be collected from the Department of Planning. Research and Statistics, Ministerial Tenders Board, Directorate of Transport, Mariam Babangida Way, Asaba.

Requirements

Tenders must be accompanied with the following:

Evidence of registration as a Contractor with the Delta State Contracts Registration Board.
Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Evidence of Memorandum Article of Association
Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for three years.
Evidence of Valid DSIR Card/Utility Bills
Evidence of Financial Capability/Bank Statement
Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N45,000.00 for the project.
Evidence of Professional/Technical Capability and License to practice
Evidence of similar previous Jobs executed.
State your completion period.

Application Closing Date
2pm on Wednesday, 5th March, 2025.

All tenders sealed and marked for the personal attention of the Permanent Secretary, should indicate on the left side of the envelope "Tenders for" and submitted to:
