Introduction

The Borno State Government through The State Universal Basic Education Board in compliance with Public Procurement acts 2007 is inviting reputable and competent contractors to submit Tender for UBEC/SUBEB/1st - 4th Quarters 2024 projects.

Prequalification Requirements

Evidence of registration with corporate Affairs Commission.
Reliable list of similar work executed (letter of Award/certificate of completion photo copy).
Tax clearance certificate for the last three years.
Evidence of VAT registration/VAT remittance.V. Technical capability of the Company.
Audited financial statement of account for the last three years.

Collection of Tender
Tenders are to be collected from the Desk Officer UBEC/SUBEB Projects from 19th February to 5th March 2025 upon payment of Tender fees and Administrative charges (Non-refundable).

Application Closing Date
12th March, 2025.

Submission of Tenders
Tenders are to be deposited in the Tender Box at from 5th March between 08:30 to 4:30PM and closes on 12th March, 2025:
The SUBEB Conference Hall of Board Head Quarters.

Note

List of Qualified bidders will be placed on the Notice Board of the Borno SUBEB Head Quarters.
Tenders submitted after the deadline will be returned unopened.
Any tender that does not comply with the above requirement will be rejected and Borno SUBEB will not be liable for improper submission of Tender.
