Isoko North Local Government, Delta State invites suitably qualified companies to submit Expressions of Interest (EoI) to carry out the project below:

Title: Expression of Interest (EoI) for the Construction of Two (Three Bedroom) Management Staff Quarter at Council Secretariat, Ozoro

Location: Delta

Requirements
Tenders must be accompanied with the following:

Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja.
Evidence of registration as a contractor with the council.
Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years.
Evidence of professional/technical capability to practice.
Evidence of previous jobs executed.
Evidence of non-refundable fee for the project.
State completion period of project/work.
Registered contractors are to collect the job description from the Head of Works Department and thereafter, submit their tender.

EoI Closing Date
5th February, 2025.

Bids Submission
Interested firms should submit their tender which should be marked for the personal attention of the undersigned, should indicate on the left side of the envelope "Tenders" to:

Note

Tenders should note that the Board in considering the tenderers would not be bound to accent the lowest bidder.
Late bids after 14 days duration from IIth February, 2025 will be rejected.
All tenders should be sealed and reached the above-signed, not later than 2 pm on Tuesday IIth February, 2025.
