The Nigerian Electricity Supply Corporation (Nigeria) Limited (NNL) invites interested consultants/vendors to submit their Request for Proposal (RfP) documents for Power Plant Modernization and Upgrade. Interested consultants/vendors should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

The Nigerian Electricity Supply Corporation (Nigeria) Limited (NNL) commenced operations in 1929 harnessing the hydro resources to generate electricity while transmitting and distributing reliable power to Industrial, Commercial and residential customers within its licensed areas. Over time, NNL's generating capacity has diminished due to aging infrastructure, maintenance challenges leaving the current generation capacity averaging about 13MW from its original 31MW installed capacity.

We invite interested consultants/vendors to submit their Request for Proposal (RfP) documents for:

Introduction

In view of the above, NNL in order to meet up with current realities and to provide its customers with more efficient and reliable services, seeks to appoint consultants/vendors for the above-mentioned project which are aimed at Modernizing/upgrade/repair of its power stations equipment by improved capacity, reliability, and efficiency with modern SCADA-compliant technologies.

Requirements / Eligibility

Specifically, applicants should include hard and soft copies (3 copies each) of their offer in line with requirements of this RFP, clearly stating the project proposed.
All other requirements and bidding instruction shall be found in the bidding documents.

Application Closing Date
28th February, 2025 (17:00 hours).

Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) Documents
Interested consultants are to submit their proposals in 2 (two) parts one marked 'Technical Proposal and the other marked 'Financial Proposal'. Submission of the requirements above should be clearly labelled as "Submission of Power Plant Modernization and Upgrade (LOT 2)". This is a prerequisite for onward collection and processing of the bidding documents. It must be boldly addressed and delivered to the following on or before 28th February, 2025 at 17:00 hours:
