Specific Procurement Notice

The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project, (ACRESAL), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Contractor for the Canalization of Balanga Dam for Irrigation Activities in Gombe State.
The Gombe State Ministry of Water, Environment and Forest Resources, represented by Gombe State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project (ACReSAL), now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Contractor for the Canalization of Balanga Dam for Irrigation Activities in Gombe State.
Bidding will be conducted through International competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" September 2023 ("Procurement Regulations") and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Collection of Documents

The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (NGN50,000.00) only.
The method of payment will be by bank draft or direct transfer in favour of the following account: 0002441862, TAJ Bank, Acct Name: Agro Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscape. Proof of payment is to be presented at the address below.
At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost.
