Salient Humanitarian Organisation (SHO) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive, sealed, bid for the Supply of NFIs (Non-Food Items) in Adamawa State. Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

Salient Humanitarian Organisation is a national non-profit humanitarian organization, registered in Nigeria with the corporate affairs commission and other government entities. We have experience in Camp Management, Camp Coordination, logistics and supply chain professionals with extensive knowledge in managing Humanitarian facilities. SALIENT currently operate in Northeast Nigeria and dedicated to assisting new arrivals both in the formal and informal camps and within the host communities to support the returnee refugees and internally displaced persons. We are a non-governmental, non-political and a non-denominational organization.

SALIENT HO does not bind itself to accept the lowest, or any bid.
Any form of canvasing within the organization will lead to automatic disqualification of your bids and will also lead to your removal from SALIENT HO Supplier list.
Bids submitted without completed and signed bidding documents will be automatically rejected.
