The Delta State Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads (Ministerial Tenders Board) invites suitably qualified companies to submit their Tender bids to execute the project listed below:

Title: Invitation to Tender for the Rehabilitation of Idumu-Odafe / Ishekpe Road in Aniocha South LGA

Location:   Delta

Collection of Tender Application Forms and Documents

Tender Application forms and Documents are to be collected from the Office of the Secretary, Ministerial tenders Board, Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads, Asaba, upon payment of non-refundable prescribed fee as contained in paragraph below:
- Tender fee of N150,000.00
- Deposit of N250,000.00.

Accompanying Documents
Tenders must be accompanied by the following:

Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with the Delta State Government
Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Verifiable contact address of Business Office (s) premises, Utilities Bill etc
Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N150,000.00 into any Government Treasury Cash office nearest to you
Evidence of payment of non-refundable deposit of N250,000.00 into Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads
Evidence of Financial capability
Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications:
Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed
Evidence of DSIR Card
Memorandum/Articles of Association
Statutory Returns including Audited Accounts for last 3 years.

Application Closing Date
Friday, 27th December, 2024 (12 noon).

Submission of Tender Documents
All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bills of Quantities, should be put in a wax-sealed envelope clearly marked at the top left hand corner with the project title and addressed to:

Opening of Tender Documents

Tenders will be opened at 10.00am Monday 30th December, 2024 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders' representatives who choose to be present at the Conference Hall, Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads, Asaba.

Note

Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
Late bids after Friday 27th December, 2024 by 12 noon, will be rejected.
