The Delta State Tenders Board through the Ministry of Works (Highways and Urban Roads) invites suitably qualified companies to Tender for the Reconstruction of the Failed Uzere/Asaba-Ase Culverts and Rehabilitation of the Failed Sections along Uzere-Asaba-Ase Road, Ndokwa East and Isoko South Local Government Areas. Interested contractors should possess relevant qualifications and experience.




The Delta State Tenders Board through the Ministry of Works (Highways and Urban Roads) invites suitably qualified companies to submit their Tender bids to execute the project listed below:

Collection of Tender Application Forms and Documents

  • Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from the Office of the Secretary, State Tenders Board, Deputy Governor's Office, Asaba, upon non-refundable payments of:
    • Tender fee of N1,000,000.00
    • Tender documents processing fee of N500,000.00.
Accompanying Documents
Tenders must be accompanied by the following:
  • Evidence of Registration as a contractor with Delta State Government;
  • Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
  • Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
  • Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises, Utilities Bill etc;
  • Evidence of payment of Tender fee of N1,000,000.00
  • Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications
  • Evidence of financial capability;
  • Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
  • Evidence of DSIR Card:
  • Evidence of Registration with the DSCHC
  • Memorandum/Articles of Association;
  • Statutory Returns including Audited Accounts for last 3 years; and
  • Evidence of payment of N500,000.00 for the projects in Bank Draft in favour of State Tenders Board, Asaba for processing of the tender documents.
Note
Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering. For this purpose, tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research & Statistics of the Ministry of Works (Highways and Urban Roads) for guidance.

Application Closing Date
Thursday, 19th December, 2024 (12 noon).


Submission of Tender Documents
All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bills of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME), should be put in a wax-sealed envelope clearly marked at the top left hand corner with the project title and addressed to:

All Tender Documents should be delivered to:

Asaba, Delta State.


Opening of Tender Documents
  • Tenders will be opened at 10.00a.m, Friday, 20th December, 2024 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders' representatives who choose to be present at the Conference Hall, Deputy Governor's Office Asaba.

  • Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
  • Late bids after Thursday, 19th December, 2024 by 12 noon, will be rejected.
