Tenders application form and documents are to be collected from:
The Department of Planning, Research and Statistics,
Ministerial Tenders Board,
Directorate of Transport,
Mariam Babangida Way, Asaba.
Accompanying Documents
Tenders must be accompanied with the following:
- Evidence of registration as a Contractor with the Delta State Contracts Registration Board.
- Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Evidence of Memorandum Article of Association.
- Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for three years.
- Evidence of Valid DSIR Card/Utility Bills
- Evidence of Financial Capability/Bank Statement.
- Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of #60,000.00 for the project.
- Evidence of Professional/Technical Capability and License to practice.
- Evidence of similar previous Jobs executed.
- State your completion period.
Application Closing Date
Thursday, 19th December, 2024 (2 pm).

All tenders sealed and marked for the personal attention of the Permanent Secretary should indicate on the left side of the envelope "Tenders for" should be submitted to:

- Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenderers would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
