The Ikara Local Government Council, Kaduna State invites suitably interested, qualified and reputable companies to submit Tender documents for the following project:

Title: Invitation to Tender for the Rehabilitation of of a Faulty 33kv Over Head Line and Vandalised Transformer Substation in Ikara LGA

Location: Kaduna

Introduction

In compliance with public procurement law 2016 of Kaduna State, Ikara Local Government Council is in the process of carrying out some procurement for the last quarter of 2024.
In view of the foregoing background, suitably interested, qualified and reputable companies are hereby invited to Submit tender for its invitation to tender Notice.

Eligibility
Interested Companies are required to Submit the under listed documents which will be used as criteria for technical and/or financial evaluation of all bids:

Evidence of registration of the Company with Cooperate affairs Commission (CAC) Evidence of the Company's tax income clearance certificate of at least 2 years immediately proceeding this year.
Evidence of Companies Financial Capability to handle these project with letter of assurance from Companies bankers
Evidence of at least one verifiable similar job previously executed by the Company to be accompanied by letter of award of Contract, photographs and valuation certificate in respect of same.

Collection of Tender Documents
Interested Company shall collect tender form/ document from the procurement office of Ikara Local Government Secretariat at the council Secretariat, upon payment of #20,000 non refundable tender fees from Friday 22nd November, 2024 28th Thursday, 2024 from the hours of 10.00 am to 3:00 pm daily including Saturdays and Sundays.

Closing Date
Submission of tender bid shall be closed by 12:00 noon on Thursday, 28th November, 2024.

Submission of Tender
Completed technical and/or financial bids shall be addressed and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly showing the Description of the project (procurement) and name of the Contractor on top of the envelope to:
The Chairman,
Ikara Local Government Council,
Kaduna State.

Note: Any bid Submitted not in Compliance with this notice will be rejected or returned.

Opening of Bid and Venue

Completed bid documents Submitted by the Companies will be publicly opened by 11:00 am on Friday 29th November, 2024 at Ikara Local Government Council Chamber.
Tenderers or their representatives and other members of the general public are all invited to witness opening of the bids.
