Details
Tender Application forms and Documents are to be collected from the Office of the Secretary, Ministerial tenders Board, Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads, Asaba, upon payment of non-refundable prescribed fee as contained below:

Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with the Delta State Government; Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
Verifiable contact address of Business Office (s) premises, Utilities Bill etc;
Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N250,000.00 into any Government Treasury Cash office nearest to you;
Evidence of payment of non-refundable deposit of N180,000.00 into Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads:
Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
Evidence of Financial capability:
Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed; Evidence of DSIR Card;
Memorandum/Articles of Association;
Statutory Returns including Audited Accounts for last 3 years; and
