The Directorate of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), under the aegis of the Delta State Government in collaboration with the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on SDGS (OSSAP-SDGs) invites pre-qualified contractors who responded to our earlier advertisement of Monday, 21st October, 2024 to submit their Bid documents for the 2024 Sustainable Development Goals - Conditional Grants Scheme (SDGS - CGS) to State Projects. Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

The Directorate of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), under the aegis of the Delta State Government, in collaboration with the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on SDGS (OSSAP-SDGs) invites the under-listed pre-qualified contractors who responded to our earlier advertisement of Monday, 21st October, 2024 to bid for any of the contracts as advertised:

Preamble

The Directorate of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) under the aegis of the Delta State Government in collaboration with the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on SDGs (OSSAP-SDGs) invites the under-listed pre-qualified contractors who responded to our earlier advertisement of Monday, 21st October, 2024 to bid for any of the contracts as advertised.

Bid Requirements

Only the pre-qualified contractors listed below are eligible to bid for the contracts.
The Bidding documents will be collected from the Directorate of SDGs, Illah Road, Asaba upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable administrative fee of N50,000.00 (fifty thousand naira) only, into a designated Sustainable Development Goals account.

Submission of Bid Documents
Completed Bids must be enclosed in a wax sealed envelope with the PROJECT tendered for clearly marked at the top right hand corner and addressed to:
The Secretariat,
Project Support Unit, Conditional Grants Scheme,
Directorate of SDGs,
Illah Road, Asaba.

Application Closing Date
Submission of Bid documents closes at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 3rd December, 2024 (Bids must be submitted to the above address between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00p.m. daily).

Bid Opening
Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of Bidders or their Representatives at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 3rd December, 2024 at:
CHAD-EF HOTELS,
Opposite Directorate of SDGs,
Illah Road, Asaba.

Note

That Delta State Implementation Committee on Conditional Grants Scheme is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any bid and the decision to award a project is final.
Nothing in this advertisement shall be construed to be a commitment on the part of Delta State Implementation Committee on Conditional Grants Scheme to allot the project or reply to any Company not found successful.
