Mandatory Requirements
All tenders must be accompanied with the following documents:

Evidence of payment of non-refundable deposit Of N50,000 (Fifty Thousand naira) into the Zenith Bank Account No: 1012406422 in Kwale for the processing and technical analysis of tender documents. Account name: Ndokwa West Local Govt.
Evidence of registration as a contractor with Ndokwa West Local Government in the appropriate category.
Evidence of technical and financial strength to execute the project.
Current Bank guarantee Of credit worthiness.
Tax clearance certificate for the previous three years.
Evidence of registration with CO-operate Affairs Commission.
Evidence of jobs previously executed in similar fields.

All necessary details in respect of the projects including technical drawings and specification are available in the Office of: Head of Works Departments, Ndokwa West Local Government from Monday to Friday, between 8.000m to 4.00pm.

29th November, 2024.

All Tenders must be sealed and submitted in waxed envelop marked "CONFIDENTIAL" with the project tendered for inscribed at the top left hand comer of the envelop to:
