The new Gombe Pharmaceutical Company Limited (GoPharma Limited) invites all interested reputable pharmaceutical companies to secure bids for the supply of drugs, laboratory reagents, X-Ray materials and other medical supplies to boost Gombe State Drug Revolving Fund (DRF) scheme.
Participation in the bid is open to all interested reputable suppliers of pharmaceuticals and other healthcare products registered by NAFDAC.
All interested reputable suppliers shall purchase bid forms at a non-refundable cost of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) only from the premises of Gombe State Drugs and Medical Consumables Management Agency (GODMA), located, adjacent to Gombe State Scholarships Board, New GRA, Gombe, Gombe State, starting from Friday 15th to Monday 25th November 2024 from 10:00am to 3:00pm Monday - Saturday except on public holidays.
All reputable companies are mandated to do business registration with Gombe State Ministry of Commerce as part of eligibility criteria.
All interested reputable and eligible companies shall submit Bid Security Declaration obtained from Notary Public.

Application Closing Date
Tuesday; 26th November, 2024 before 12.00 noon.

Submission of Bids
Bids shall be properly filled, sealed, addressed and submitted to:
The Executive Secretary,
Gombe State Drugs and Medical Consumables Management Agency (GODMA),
Adjacent to Gombe State Scholarships Board,
New GRA, Gombe, Gombe State.

Opening of Bids

All submitted bids will be opened on Tuesday 26th November 2024, by 12.00 noon at GODMA headquarters.
All Bidders or their representatives are expected at the venue of the bids opening.

Successful bidders are assured of prompt payment within 2 weeks of completion of supplies.
