The Yobe State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources invites sealed bids from eligible interested bidders/vendors for the Procurement of Assorted Grains for Strategic Grains Reserve. Interested companies should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

The Yobe State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources has created an enabling environment for eligible interested bidders/vendors to submit tender for the Procurement of Agricultural Inputs for Dry Season Farming in the capacity below:

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for consideration, interested companies/ bidders are required to respond to this invitation with the following documents for consideration. Failure to submit any of the under-listed documents may lead to disqualification:

Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig
Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the last Three (3) years (2021, 2022 & 2023)
Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2021, 2022 & 2023):
Company's profile;
Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility it when necessary and needed.
Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

Note: Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement's Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.

Collection of Bidding Documents

Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information from the office of the Director Planning Research and Statistics, Ministry of Agricultural and Natural Resources, Damaturu, Yobe State and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours).
A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50, 000.00).

Monday; 18th November, 2024.

Submission of Tender Documents
Bids must be delivered to:
The Office of the Director,
Planning Research and Statistics,
Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources,
Damaturu, Yobe State.

Opening of Tender Documents

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors / bidder's designated representatives at the Conference Hall of the Ministry by 12:00 noon on Monday 18 November, 2024
