The Bauchi State Government through the Project Implementation Unit is inviting eligible bidders to submit their sealed bids for the Upgrading of 30 Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Katagum, Itas Gadau, Gamawa, Shira and Zaki LGAs of Bauchi State. Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications and experience.




The Bauchi State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

Locations: Katagum, Itas Gadau, Gamawa, Shira and Zaki LGAs of Bauchi State

Introduction
  • The Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of the Bauchi State Government has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of improving the utilization and quality of immunization plus and malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for the Upgrading of 118 Selected Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Bauchi State.
  • The Bauchi State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders.
  • Bid Security: 18,151,109.086
  • This is a single package but will be awarded on lot basis. Only 1 Lot will be awarded to a successful bidder.
Bidding Procedures
  • Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 ("Procurement Regulation") and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.
  • In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the "Procurement Regulation" on the Conflict of Interest.

Payment for Bidding Documents
  • A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100, 000.00) for the package.
  • The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of Bauchi State IMPACT Project Counterpart Fund Account
  • A copy of the Bidding Document can be pick by the bidder or his representative, upon clear evidence of payment.
