The Nasarawa State Government through the Project Implementation Unit is inviting eligible bidders to submit their sealed bids for the Upgrading of 21 Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Kokona, Akwanga, Wamba and Nasarawa-Eggon LGAs of Nasarawa State. Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

Introduction

The Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of the Nasarawa State Government, has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of improving the utilization and quality of immunization plus and malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for the Upgrading of Fifty-Eight Selected Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Nasarawa State.
The Nasarawa State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders.
Bid Security: Fifteen Million Five Hundred Thousand (15.5Million) Naira Only
This is a single package but will be awarded on lot basis. Only 1 Lot will be awarded to a successful bidder.

Bidding Procedures

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 ("Procurement Regulation") and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.
In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the "Procurement Regulation" on the Conflict of Interest.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information in writing from State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), through the Program Manager (PM) or Email: adamari1966@gmail.com and may also inspect the bidding documents during office hours between 9.00 a.m - 4.00 p.m, Monday - Friday at the address given below.

Payment for Bidding Documents

Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents in English Language upon submitting a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (100,000.00).
The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of Nasarawa State IMPACT Bid Account.
A copy of the Bidding Document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through a courier firm at the service cost to the bidder.

Friday; 8th November 2024 (10:00am).
