In accordance with the due process requirements of the Kano State Government of Nigeria under the leadership of the Executive Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, the Ministry for Local Government, in collaboration with 44 Local Government Council hereby invites interested, qualified and reputable Contractors/Companies with relevant experience for the procurement of following:

Pre-Qualification Requirements

Evidence of Incorporation or Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Registration with the State Works Registration Board in relevant Categories.
Company's Audited Account for 3 years.
Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years.
VAT Registration Certificate
Evidence of Banking Support
Experience, Technical Capabilities of Key Personnel.
Record of previous Projects Execution.

Submission of Documents
Interested and qualified Contractors / Companies should submit two copies of their tender documents to:
The Office of the Director, Planning Research and Statistic (PRS) of the Ministry for Local Government,
Kano State.

All submissions must be made within one (1) weeks from the day of this publication as late submission will not be considered.
