The office of the Head of Service in line with Yobe State Public Procurement Act (2016) is inviting reputable interested contractors to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) for the Construction of Office Edifice (Story Buildings). Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

The office of the Head of Service in line with the Yobe State Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable interested contractors with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for:

Introduction
The office of the Head of Service in line with the Yobe State Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable interested contractors with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for Construction of Office Edifice (Story Buildings) for the following Agencies:

Bureau on Public Procurement (BPP)
Fiscal Responsibility Board
Ease of Doing Business - Public Private Partnership (PPP).

Eligibility Requirements

Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with corporate affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig:
Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2021,2022 & 2023) Company Audited Accounts for Three years (2021, 2022 & 2023)
Company's profile;
Evidence of financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if when necessary and needed.
Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on public procurement.

Payment for Bidding Documents

A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by Interested eligible bidders / vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N100,000.00).

Application Closing Date
Thursday; 31st October, 2024 (12:00 noon).

Bids Submission
Interested and qualified bidders / vendors should submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to SSG Yobe State clearly marked "Tender document".

Opening of Bids

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder's designated representatives at the conference hall of the office of the Head of Service by 12:00 noon on the 31st October, 2024.
