The Delta State Government is inviting eligible bidders to submit their sealed bids for the Upgrading of 18 Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Uwvie, Warri South, Bomadi and Ukuwani LGAs of Delta State. Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications and experience.




Delta State is an oil and agricultural producing State of Nigeria, situated in the region known as the South-South geo-political zone with a population of 4,098,291.

The Delta State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

Introduction

  • The Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of the Delta State Government, has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of improving the utilization and quality of immunization plus and malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for the Upgrading of 118 Selected Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Delta State.
  • The Delta State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
  • Bid Security: 11,350,672.85.
  • This is a single package but will be awarded on lot basis. Only 1 Lot will be awarded to a successful bidder.
Bidding Procedures
  • Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 ("Procurement Regulation") and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.
  • In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the "Procurement Regulation" on the Conflict of Interest.

  • Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information in writing from State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), through the Program Manager (PM) or Email: norofuke@yahoo.com and may also inspect the bidding documents during office hours between 9.00 a.m - 4.00 p.m, Monday - Friday at the address given below.
Payment for Bidding Documents
  • A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100, 000.00) for the package.
  • The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of IMPACT GCCC Account: DTSG Immunization plus and Malaria Progress by Accelerating Coverage and Transforming Services ACCOUNT NUMBER - 5030129368; BANKER- FIDELTY BANK.
  • A copy of the Bidding Document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through a courier firm at the service cost to the bidder.
