Grassroots Life Saving Outreach (LESGO) is inviting qualified suppliers to submit their bids for the supply of Delivery Kits for the project "Provision of Coordinated Emergency Health and WaSH Response for Flood-Affected Populations in Yola South and Lamurde LGAs of Adamawa State". Interested bidders should possess relevant requirements.

Grassroots Life Saving Outreach (LESGO) is an impartial, neutral and independent Non-Governmental Organization whose mission exclusively established to promote life in underserved communities through empowering communities to know and protect lives including their environment towards ensuring safe habitation through participatory methodology. Established in Grassroots Lifesaving Outreach was established in 2010 but was incorporated in the year 2011 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). LESGO exists to partner with government and relevant agencies to promote and strengthen humanitarian law and a universal principle that seeks to honor the dignity of mankind with support and believe that Life is worth living and living well.

Grassroots Life Saving Outreach (LESGO) is pleased to invite qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply of Delivery kits for the project “Provision of Coordinated Emergency Health and WaSH Response for Flood-Affected Populations in Yola South and Lamurde LGAs of Adamawa State”.

Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying the items to Karewa Extension Yola, Adamawa State.

Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders must meet the following criteria:

Valid business registration
Proven experience in supplying medical drugs and consumables
Compliance with national and international quality standards
Tax clearance for December 2023.

Evaluation Criteria
Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Compliance with submission requirements
Quality and specifications of the products
Competitive Pricing
Delivery timeline.

Submission Requirements
Bidders are required to submit the following documents:

Summary of Company Profile
Copy of business registration certificate
Purchase order of supply of the same category
Detailed financial proposal.

10th October, 2024; at 11:59 am.

Method of Application
Interested and qualified bidders should submit their Applications (Bids) in a sealed envelope clearly marked "ITB /LESGO/0103/2024/DelKits" and deliver to:

Adamawa State.
