Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested and eligible suppliers for the Supply of Goods / Services with the aim of identifying potential new suppliers and updating our local supplier database for the coming year.

Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) translates to Doctors Without Borders. MSF Spain (MSF-E) is an international, independent medical humanitarian organization providing medical assistance to populations in distress, victims of natural or man-made disasters, and victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, creed, or political affiliation.

Background

MSF Spain (OCBA) invites interested and eligible suppliers, both old and new, to partake in this process as suppliers of goods and services in the categories described below.
The purpose is to identify potential new suppliers and update our local supplier database for the coming year.

Eligibility Requirements and Selection Criteria
The minimum eligibility requirements and process selection criteria are as follows:

Company profile: Point of contact for the company, registered address, official functional emails, and telephone number.
Certificate of incorporation of a business, including CAC.
Latest tax clearance certificate and Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
Proof of three (3) completed job orders/reference letters or delivery notes from previous jobs relating to the area of interest, preferably NGOs or other reputable organizations, confirming the level of performance and quality of service. (Letters must contain detailed information about the organization for due diligence confirmation.)
Any other supporting documents.

23rd September. 2024 (5:00 pm GMT).

Interested and qualified companies or vendors should submit a soft copy of their Expression of Interest (EOI) to: msfe-abuja-logco-dep-supply@barcelona.msf.org using the respective Ref No as the subject of the mail

Note

Submission or participation in this call for expression shall not be construed as any form of binding contract agreement, and MSF Spain shall not bear any form of financial compensation to bidders.
MSF Spain (OCBA) reserves the right to accept or decline any or all submissions without any obligation to inform the affected participants on grounds of rejection or acceptance.
This procedure shall be governed by MSF Spain's Supply Policy and Procedures.

Additional Information:

MSF Spain (OCBA) shall deduct Withholding Tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigeria Tax Laws.

As part of the pre-qualification process, MSF Spain's Supply Team will visit the locations of prospective suppliers to assess their physical presence, capacity, and capability.
Only successful pre-qualified suppliers will be invited to proceed in MSF Spain's key stages of eventual market assessment and participate in routine requests for quotations.
A company can express interest in more than one (1) category but must provide the following information:
- Must have an operational presence in each category.
- Must have required documentation of completed job orders in each category.
