We are making a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for:

Background to the Project

• The USAID-funded project, MOMENTUM Routine Immunization Transformation and Equity (M-RITE), works in partnership with the Nigerian government to increase the capabilities of the health system, at national and subnational levels of the Health System of Ministry of health Nigeria Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI).
• The project seeks to address the barriers to reaching zero-dose and under-immunized children with life-saving vaccines and other health services.
• The Project is working closely with the Nigeria National Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) and other routine immunization implementing partners on strengthening RI/ PHC and new vaccines including the Mpox Vaccination in Nigeria.
• Mpox vaccine will arrive in Nigeria through the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.

General objective of the assignment:

• The overall objective of this assignment is to provide photography and videography services for real time coverage of the arrival and movement of the Mpox vaccine.

The assignment
Take high-resolution photos/ images of the following;

• Landing and taxing of the vaccine carrier aircraft on the Airport tarmac
• Movement of the vaccine crate/s from the aircraft through the Airport to the holding facility (National Strategic Cold Store) on Clinton Drive.

Document the following on video:

• Landing and taxing of the vaccine carrier aircraft on the Airport tarmac
• Movement of the vaccine crate/s from the aircraft through the Airport to the holding facility (National Strategic Cold Store) on Clinton Drive.
• Storage of the vaccine at the holding facility.

Expected outputs/deliverables:

• High-resolution images of the landing, taxing, travel to the holding facility, and deposit of the vaccine.
• Close shots of the vaccine crate/s and labels.
• Video of the landing, taxing, movement of vaccine to the holding facility.

Documentation
Bidders are expected to submit properly signed financial bid/ quotation with company’s letter head paper.

• The Financial bids must be in NGN
• Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, John Snow Incoperated (JSI) will deduct 5% with holding tax from the total contractual sum. Also, note that JSI- is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and is VAT exempted.
• JSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it fails to meet the criteria or submitted after the stipulated closing date.
• Only successful bidder (s) shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Local Purchase Order (Contract document) with John Snow Incoperated. Note, this RFQ, does not in any way translate to a contract.
• Any submission made after the stipulated date will not be considered.
