Plan International is making a request for Proposal (RFP) to secure a competitive proposal for the supply of OTL - 9 Year Bursary Support Materials for OTL Learners in Yobe State. Successful Tenderers will be expected to enter into a formal contract with Plan International on a non-exclusive basis with our organization.

This RFP intends to secure a competitive proposal for the supply of “OTL- 9 Year Bursary Support Materials for OTL Learners in Yobe State.“
Successful Tenderers will be expected to enter into a formal contract with Plan International on a non-exclusive basis with our organization.
