John Snow Incorporated (JSI) is making Request for Quotations (RFQ) from suitable vendors for the Provision of Hotel Accommodation - Hotel Services to support the Logistics of Accommodation of Staff throughout Imo State. Interested vendors should possess relevant qualifications. This logistics support enables the NGOs to effectively retire from far destination, interact with community leaders, visit health workers and healthcare facilities in hard-to-reach areas.

Quotation for Provision of Hotel Accommodation Services to Support the Logistics of Accommodation of Staff throughout Imo State:

Duration: July 2024 - June 2025 (One Year)
Vendor's Location: Vendors within Owerri, Imo State Nigeria
Vendor's Expected Delivery Dates: 1st July, 2024 - 30th June, 2025
JSI-Payment Terms: Within 30 days of delivery and presentation of completed, signed invoice and delivery note.

Introduction
Provision of Hotel Accommodation Services by Hotels companies to NGOs can help staff reach remote and underserved areas; where public Accommodation other services might be limited or inconveniencing. This logistics support enables the NGOs to effectively retire from far destination, interact with community leaders, visit health workers and healthcare facilities in hard-to-reach areas. As well as, support visitations to attend meetings with SPHCDAs and state government officials, and for supervision purpose.

Indeed, this service offer NGOs flexible scheduling and timely Accommodation options, allowing them respond promptly to community needs, attend meetings and conduct fieldwork efficiently.It is obviously providing a cost-effective Lodging solution compared to maintaining a fleet of Hotels, as such allowing NGOs to allocate their resources more efficiently towards their core programs and initiatives. Thus, as a corollary to the above; we would be requiring provision of Hotel Accommodation Services vendors in Imo; to submit quotations for hotel Accommodation service for July 2024 –June, 2025 as specified in the table below:

The Financial bids must be in NGN
Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, John Snow Incoperated (JSI) will deduct 5% withholding tax from the total contractual sum. Also, note that JSI- is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and is VAT exempted.
JSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it fails to meet the criteria or submitted after the stipulated closing date.
Only successful bidder(s) shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Local Purchase Order (Contract document) with John Snow Incoperated. Note, this RFQ, does not in any way translate to a contract.
Note that any submission made after the stipulated date will not be considered.
