Details

• We are looking to enter into a six-month agreement with a reliable transportation vendor to provide transportation services for our staff, consultants, and stakeholders.
• We would like to request a detailed quotation for the following services:
• Rates:
  • Daily rate
  • Half-Daily rate
  • Hourly rate
  • Airport pickup and drop off
  • Abuja to Gwagwalada
  • Abuja to Keffi
  • Abuja to Akwanga
  • Abuja to Gwagwalada
  • Abuja to Kuje
  • Abuja to Bwari
  • Abuja airport to Kubwa
  • Abuja airport to Central Area
  • Abuja airport to Maraba
  • Abuja airport to Gwarimpa
  • Abuja airport to JSI office.
• Terms and Conditions:
  • Minimum hire period
  • Payment terms
  • Cancellation policy.
• Please provide the rates and any applicable discounts or packages available for long-term agreements. Additionally, include your terms and conditions, payment terms, and any other relevant information.

Requirement / Evaluation Criteria
Bidders are expected to submit properly signed financial bid/ quotation with company’s letter head paper.

• Validity period of quote
• Specification.

J.SI-Payment Terms:

• Within 30 days of delivery and presentation of completed, signed invoice and delivery note.

Interested and qualified vendors should send their quotations and enquiries to: jsi_integratedproject_procurement@ng.jsi.com using the Title as the subject of the mail.

Note

• The Financial bids must be in NGN
• Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, John Snow Incoperated (JSI) will deduct 5% withholding tax from the total contractual sum. JSI- is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and is VAT exempted.
• JSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it fails to meet the criteria or submitted after the stipulated closing date.
• Only successful bidder(s) shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Local Purchase Order (Contract document) with John Snow Incoperated. This RFQ, does not in any way translate to a contract.
• Any submission made after the stipulated date will not be considered.
• We are planning to finalize this agreement by July 1, so we would appreciate receiving your quotation by June 30.
