mothers2mothers (m2m) is an African Primary Health Care organization that employs women living with HIV as community health workers across 10 African nations. These “Mentor Mothers” deliver integrated health services at clinics and in communities to ensure everyone, everywhere, has access to the services they need to be healthy and stay in care. Over the next five years, this proven, peer-led model is being scaled up to double down on ending HIV, as well as to tackle new health challenges and reach more people - all with the aim of building a fairer, healthier future.

The employment of local women as community health workers means that we are delivering a model that prioritizes healthcare for families who need it most, delivered by women who know them best. Since its creation in 2001, m2m has created jobs for nearly 12,000 women living with HIV in sub-Saharan Africa and, together, they have reached over 15M people with critical health services and education. In 2021, m2m reached over 1.6M people across 10 African nations, including 402,616 adolescents (ages 10-19) - 51% more than the year before. m2m also advanced the Global Goals of ending HIV/AIDS by 2030 - by achieving virtual elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV among its enrolled clients for the eighth consecutive year, and meeting all of the ambitious UNAIDS Fast-Track Targets among its clients four years ahead of the 2026 target date.

Please take note of the following requirements and conditions about the supply of the above-mentioned goods.

Delivery Terms	To be delivered at m2m office situated at 441 Road Salis residence, Citec Villas Gwarimpa Abuja.
Latest Expected Delivery date and Time	Within 7 days from the issuance of the Purchase Order (PO)
Deadline for the submission of Quotation	Tuesday 18th June 2024
Documents to be submitted include	Evidence of certificate of incorporation CAC form 02 and CAC form 07 Company Profile. Tax Identification Number Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last 3 years. Application letter on company letter-headed paper. Audited Account for the last three (3) years Most recent Tax clearance certificate. Evidence of financial capability and banker's support letters. Evidence of corporate office, phone number and email address.
Payment Terms	Within 14 days from receipt and inspection of goods and acceptance of invoice.

Additional Information

M2m is statutorily required to deduct 5% withholding tax from all payments made to the vendor which will be remitted to the GON.
We are exempted from paying VAT as an NGO. So do not include or bundle VAT in your quotes.
For this RFQ, you should be able to deliver 100% within 7 working days from the signing of the PO if you are selected.
Payment for this RFQ will be made 100% only after the successful delivery of the item.
Submissions made after the RFQ closing will not be considered.
Goods offered shall be reviewed based on the completeness and compliance of the quotation with the minimum specifications described above.
The quotation that complies with all of the specifications, and requirements and offers the lowest price, quality, past performance and validity period of the quoted price, amongst others shall be selected. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
Any discrepancy between the unit price and the total price (obtained by multiplying the unit price and quantity) shall be re-computed by m2m. The unit price shall prevail and the total price shall be corrected. If the supplier does not accept the final price based on m2m’s re-computation and correction of errors, its quotation will be rejected.
m2m has zero tolerance for all forms of corrupt practices including but not limited to bribery, kickbacks, collusion, corruption, extortions, and facilitation payments. All costs associated with the preparation and submission of the tender/quotes by the bidders shall be borne by the bidders. Such cost cannot be recovered from m2m by the bidders. Also, m2m is not under any obligation to consider any tender submitted and m2m2 reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the tender without informing the bidders.
