We offer medical assistance to population in distress, victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflicts irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. Location: Kano (Kano based Vendors only)

Scope

• Provision of patient food (Food should be tasty, properly handled, preparations made in a hygienic environment and be of appreciable portion size), to be delivered at MSF-WACA supported health facilities within Kano metropolis

ANNEX 1 (Food Menu)
Eligibility Criteria

Technical:
Interested firms are expected to provide verifiable copies of the following: 

• Company Profile
• Copies of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) .
• Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Documentary evidence showing experience in the execution of a similar project in the past.
• Recent Food handler test certificate for Kitchen Staffs. (Applicable to successful vendors only).

Financial:

• Quoted Price (5% Withholding tax is applicable to all prices. An average price is applicable to Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner irrespective of any food served).
• Payment terms
• Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria showing evidence of financial capability
• Evidence of Tax Clearance for the last Two years.

Delivery Time & Offer Validity:

• Mention delivery of food in hours (as it applies either to Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner)
• Validity of quoted price in months

Financial Offer:

• Attached, Appendix - 1.

Other Conditions

• Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorised by the bidder;
• Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be rejected un-opened;
• All attendant costs will be borne by the bidders;
• Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be contacted at a later date for negotiations & inspections.
