MSF works in over 70 countries globally and has been working continuously in Nigeria since 1996. Médecins Sans Frontières West and Central Africa -(MSF-WaCA) is currently operating in 5 countries of Africa. In Nigeria we are present in two states: Cross river (Southern part of the country) and Kano (Northern part of the country).

• Medecins Sans Frontieres West and Central Africa (MSF-WaCA) is hereby inviting sealed bids from well reputed companies having proper registration in Nigeria to participate in bidding for the supply of NFI Kits in Kano, details are tabled below:

Participation in the Tender is based on the following conditions:

• The Proposal, all bidding documents and all related correspondences must be in English. All information and documents submitted by bidders must be accurate, correct and duly certified.
• All inquiries should be addressed to the Supply Manager at the address shown below or by email no later than Tuesday 30th January, 2024.
• Bidders must regularly follow up on the issuance of further instructions and/or amendments to this invitation to tender.
• MSF-WaCA reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal, cancel the tender process and/or reject all Proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to bidders or any third parties.
• Bidders will be advised, in due course, of the results of their Proposals.

Eligibility Requirement
Interested firms are expected to provide verifiable copies of the following:

Profile:

• Company Profile
• Copies of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Forms CAC 2, CAC 7, Memorandum and Article of Association.
• Documentary evidence showing experience in the execution of a similar project in the past (attach copy of PO/Contract).

Delivery Time:

• To be mentioned in days.

Financial:

• Financial Statement for the last three (3) years.
• Evidence of Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years.
• Quoted Price & Validity
