The Concept

• The main occupation of people along the coastal region of Bayelsa state is fishing. M-RITE’s implementation COVID-19 vaccination service delivery through the mobile teams in line with SCALES 3.0, specifically targeting the underserved along the numerous creeks in the state to boost herd immunity.
• As part of the efforts to record key interventions that enable proper cataloguing of events and success stories, projects choose to use videographers to create documentaries.

Rationale

• M-RITE intends to support Creek to creek vaccination of fishing camps and settlements across the coastal areas of Bayelsa State.

Objective

• Provide extended creek-to-creek COVID-19 vaccinations in Bayelsa with Creek 2 Creek Catch up teams (CCC teams) and record key events during vaccination intervention in Bayelsa State.

Quotation for the Provison Snacks

• As a part of the preparation for this exercise, the STL, Staff and Mobile Team will be going round all the Creeks in Bayelsa State for the RI Creek-to-Creek COVID-19 Vaccination activity; thus, Food vendors are expected to send in their quotes, forprovision of services.

Delivery Location:

• The Snacks shall be provided to JSI/M-RITE Staff in all the 8 LGAs in Bayelsa State.

• The Financial bids must be in NGN
• Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, John Snow Incoperated (JSI) will deduct 5% withholding tax from the total contractual sum.
• Also, note that JSI- is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and is VAT exempted.
• JSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it fails to meet the criteria or submitted after the stipulated closing date.
• Only successful bidder(s) shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Local Purchase Order (Contract document) with John Snow Incoperated. Note, this RFQ, does not in any way translate to a contract.
