Description
- We are inviting Community-Based Organizations (CBOs)/Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) based in Kano and Nasarawa for pre-qualification towards the implementation of the IHSICC project in these states. IHSICC: Implementing health surveillance in climate change project
- Selected CBOs/CSOs will work in target communities to sensitize community members on public health measures to prevent water-borne infections during flooding events whilst driving the uptake of technology to enhance processes for prevention in these communities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for consideration, interested organizations must provide the following details:
- Company Profile with registered address, functional email, telephone numbers and point of contact for the organization, organization and governance structure
- Evidence of valid and active company registration (i.e. Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission, organization must continue to be legally registered, and in good standingwith the Government of Nigeria)
- Evidence of previous project implementation in Kano and/or Nasarawa states: Agreement(s) or MOU of previous work done with a focusin Kano and/or Nasarawa states and/or
- Ability to, or history of working closely with community structures and influencers within Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi state.
- Evidence of payment of tax (tax clearance certificate) for the last two years (2021, 2022)
- Audited financial statements for the past year (FY2022)
- Evidence of participation in qualitative and/or quantitative surveys especially in communities is a plus
- Evidence of experience or work with other health organizations also a plus
- Recommendation Letter from two reputable organizations attesting to satisfactory performance in similar services provided. Contact person, email address and phone number should be provided on the recommendation letter.

- Prospective applicant MUST submit no more than a two (2) page write-up of the Expression of Interest(A4 paper size, font size 12, Normal 2.54cm margins),including other information as an appendix to this application
- Only organizations that satisfy the pre-qualification requirements will be contacted to submit proposals.

- This REOI is non-binding and in no way obligates GHF to award any contract.
