The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to strengthening integrated health systems in low and middle-income countries (LMICs) and expanding access to care and treatment for HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, cancer, and other diseases.

Title: Request for Proposal (RFP) for Logistics Support for Health Facility and Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Plants Assessments in Five States

Preamble
CHAI,with funding from UNITAID is supporting the FMoH to roll out trainings for BMEs to conduct health facility and Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) plants assessment, and pilot testing of inventory system in five states (Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Imo, Ogun and Plateau).These activities will span across all secondary and tertiary health facilities, and a few primary health care centres (PHCs) and PSA plants in each state. As such, CHAI seeks the support of a local organization to roll out these activities in the states.

Scope of Work
CHAI seeks to partner with a qualified logistics firm to support the roll out of health facility and PSA plants assessments, and pilot testing of inventory system in the five (5) above-mentioned states. The Organization will work in close collaboration with CHAI state teams for logistics planning and delivery of these activities.

Objective: To coordinate logistics for field assessments and pilot testing of inventory tool across 5 states in Nigeria:

• Conduct of 2-day training:
  • Day 1 - Training of 107 BMEs on inventory management
  • Day 2 - Training of 46 selected BMEs on PSA and health facility assessments
• Conduct of field assessments:
  • Roll of health facility and PSA plants assessments, and pilot of inventory management systems (see Annex 1 for information on HFs and PSAs)
