Preamble
The Directorate of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) under the aegis of the Delta State Government in collaboration with the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on SDGS (OSSAP-SDGs) invites the underlisted pre-qualified contractors who responded to our earlier advertisement of Tuesday, 22nd and Wednesday 23rd March, 2022 in the "Pointer" and "Vanguard newspapers respectively, to bid for any of the contracts as advertised.

Application Closing Date
10.00am Thursday, 5th May, 2022.

Bid Opening
Bids will be opened publicly at 11.00 a.m. immediately after bid closing, at David's Event Centre, Core Area 1, Opposite Temple Clinic Junction, Anwai Road, Asaba in the presence of Bidders or their Representatives.

Collection of Documents
The Bidding documents will be collected from the Directorate of SDGs, Illah Road, Asaba upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable administrative fee of N40,000.00 (forty thousand naira) only, into a designated Sustainable Development Goals account.

Submission of Bid Documents
Completed Bids must be enclosed in a wax sealed envelope with the PROJECT tendered for clearly marked at the top right hand corner and addressed to:

• Bids must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of this publication to the above address between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00p.m.daily.
• That Delta State Implementation Committee on Conditional Grants Scheme is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any bid and the decision to award a project is final.
• Nothing in this advertisement shall be construed to be a commitment on the part of Delta State Implementation Committee on Conditional Grants Scheme to allot the project or reply to any Company not found successful.
