As part of the execution of its 2012 budget, the Corporate Affairs Commission intends to undertake the procurement of goods on Lots listed below. Interested contracting firms are hereby invited to submit bids for the following items:
Lot 1
Description of Items: Supply of Generator sets to the Commission
Scope of Specifications: 2 Nos 500KVA, 2nos 100KVA and 3Nos 65KVA sets sound proof Perkins at various locations
Lot 2
Description of Items: Supply of Operational Motor Vehicles to the Commission
Scope of Specifications:
- Three (3) nos of Honda Civil 1.8 Lxi AT
- Four (4) nos Toyota Corolla 1.8 GLi Auto Full Option
- One (1) no. Mercedes Benz GL 500
- Two (2) nos Coaster Bus medium roof petrol (30 SAP) and
- Two (2) nos Toyota Hiace Bus (16) SMR ACP at various locations
Lot 3
Description of Items: Supply of Air Conditioners to the Commission
Scope of Specifications:
- Four (4) nos 2HP split LG and Eleven (11)nos 5HP package LG at various locations
- Thirty Eight (38) new HP Touch Smart Elite 7320 (with special features: 1TB HDD, DVDRW, 21.5” Touch Screen, BTCAM, 1GB Graphics Card, NuCpu, Windows 7 PRO, Wireless Keyboard, Wireless Mouse, Core 15, 2012 Edition and HOD Audio
Lot 4
Description of Items: Supply of various computers and computer equipments to the Commission
Scope of Specifications:
- Seventy-Six (76) nos HP PC (mm. 4GB Ram, 500HDD, Full Multimedia TFT with 650 VA UPS
- Forty seven (47) nos Laptops (DVD, Wi -Fl 3G, Bluetooth)
- Forty four (44) nos Scanners (Kodak 11420 ADF) or Equivalent
- Fifty (50) UPS (650VA) & Nineteen (19) nag 1500VA and Eighteen (18) nos UPS (I1KVA)
- Eighteen (18) nos Oki Colour Printers 5950
- Ten (10) nos HP Colour Laser Jet Printers 5550
- Ten (10) nos HP Laser Jet Printers 9050
- Ten (10) nos Heavy Duty Flat Bed Scanners (Tethered Kodak)
2) Bid Requirements
Interested firms should include in the submission:
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Full details of the Company’s Profile.
- Curriculum Vitae of key personnel showing experience and technical qualification.
- Tax Clearance Certificate for three (3) years.
- VAT registration certificate.
- Full office address and GSM numbers of contact person.
- Companies audited account for 3 years.
- Bank reference
- Evidence of financial capability or bank support.
- Details of the scope should be obtained from Administration department upon payment of N10,000.00 non-refundable fee, with a crossed bank draft (payable to Corporate Affairs Commission)
- Evidence of pension contribution.
- Evidence of compliance with Section 6 of ITF Act.
The corporate Affairs Commission reserves the right to inspect or verify claims/information submitted as it deems necessary. Similarly, the office is not bound to shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to annul the selection process when unforeseen developments warrant such action, without incurring any liability and assigning any reasons thereof.
3) Bid Documents containing full specification on all the LOTS can be obtained from the office of Director, Procurement located on the fifth (5) floor of the main office building of Plot 420, Tigris Crescent, Maitama, Abuja, upon payment ala non-refundable sum of Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10,000.00) for each Lot bided.
4) Closing Date for Submission of Bids
Bids are to be sealed with wax in an envelope indicating the WI number and specification to the Secretary Tenders Board, Procurement Unit;, Corporate Affairs Commission, Plot 420, Tigris Crescent, Maitama, P.M.B 198 Garki-Abuja. Submission of bids shall de at 2.00pm on 14th November 2012 to be immediately followed by bid opening on the same day. Representatives of all bidding firms will be expected to be present at the bid opening session.
