Green Habitat Initiative (GHI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting environmental sustainability in Nigeria. Our mission is to support the promotion, adoption and implementation of sustainable policies and frameworks in order to protect and conserve our environment. The current focus of our mission is on Sustainable Development Goals number 6 (clean water and and sanitation for all), 11 (sustainable cities and communities), and 13 (climate action).

Title: Request for Proposal (RFP) on Architectural and Engineering Design for WASH Facilities in Sokoto State

Preamble
Green Habitat Initiative (GHI), a not-for-profit organization, is currently receiving a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) grant to implement a WASH project (The Project for Improved Sustainability of Integrated WASH Services) in Sokoto State. GHI intends to apply part of the grant to provide architectural and engineering design for WASH facilities for the Project.

Eligible architecture and engineering firms are hereby invited to submit a proposal for the provision of Architectural and Engineering Design for WASH Facilities in Sokoto State.

Scope of Work
Details of WASH facilities are as follows:

• 13 Solar-powered boreholes
• 10 Four-Compartment (two for each gender respectively) VIP Latrines
