The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) is a regional political and economic union of fifteen countries located in West Africa. Collectively, these countries comprise an area of 5,114,162 km², and in 2015 had an estimated population of over 349 million.

Preamble
The ECOWAS Commission, within the framework of the execution of its 2022 budget intends to carry out the supply and installation of one (1) 400 KVA Power Generating Set at the ECOWAS Commission.

The ECOWAS Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the implementation of the above subject for ECOWAS Commission: Supply and installation of one (1) 400 KVA Power Generating Set ECOWAS Commission.

Application Closing Date
11:00am (GMT+1 - Abuja TIme) Thursday, 7th April, 2022.

Opening of Bids
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend (virtually, in observance of Covid 19 protocols), on Thursday April 7th, 2022 at 12 noon (Abuja Time , GMT +1).

Collection of Documents
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be collected by interested bidders upon Submission of a written application addressed to the Directorate of General administration and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Five thousand Naira only (N25,000)

Bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and deposited in the ECOWAS Tender Box located in the Office of:

F.C.T -  Abuja.

Bids should be clearly marked "Supply and installation of one (1) 400 KVA Power Generating Set at ECOWAS Commission, Do Not Open, Except in Presence of the Procurement Committee: on or before 11.00 am (Abuja Time, GMT +1) on Thursday April 7th, 2022 at the latest and should clearly indicate price, Delivery Period, and price validity terms.

Additional Information

• Bids must be accompanied by an Original Bid Security (bank guarantee or insurance bond) of Three Hundred and fifty thousand Naira Only (N350, 000.00).
