Title: Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) from Audit Firms

Preamble

A non-Profit organization based in Abuja, Nigeria, with a portfolio of donor grants requires the services of an Audit firm for appointment as an internal Auditor for monthly compliance checks and assurance reviews of 3 finance staff managing 3 project accounts.

Interested reputable and duly registered firms of professionally qualified Accountants with such bodies as ICAN or ANAN are eligible to apply. The firm must have employees and/or Principal Partners with experience in non-profit audit and assurance reviews.

Eligibility Requirements

The firm must provide evidence of:

Current practicing license either of ICAN or ANAN
Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
Evidence of conducting assurance reviews for non-profits with international donor funds.
