Jhpiego Corporation invites interested and qualified vendors to indicate interest by submitting pre-qualification documents for the following works:

Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world.

Preamble

In pursuit of continuous improvement and sustained service delivery in a fast evolving environment, Jhpiego Corporation intends to pre-qualify vendors for the supply of goods and services that are routinely procured throughout the year. Vendors are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before making submissions.

Note

Qualified vendors in states where we work are encouraged to apply. Precisely, vendors with physical office and infrastructure in Abuja, keffi, Uyo, Ogoja, Minna, Akure, Port-Harcourt, Jalingo, Yola, Abakaliki, Sokoto, Kebbi, Lafia, Kano, Dutse, Ibadan and Lagos.
However, note that inclusion in our vendors database does not automatically qualify any vendor for the supply goods and services.

Scope of Work

Item description:

LOT 1 - Medicals Consumables and Equipment
LOT 2 - Printing and Branding Services
LOT 3 - Office Furniture
LOT 4 - Electronic Equipment and Accessories (E.g. Phones, Tablets, Copiers/Scanners, Cameras etc)
LOT 5 - Laptops and Monitors

Eligibility Requirements

All applicants should provide the following:

Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) if you have not submitted this before.
Vendor must be a licensed/authorized vendor for services to be rendered (please provide supporting documentation).
Company profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile number and e-mail address).
Proof or license to offer required services as given by the appropriate regulatory body (if applicable).
Minimum of three (3) reputable references within the last three (3) years from reputable International INGOs.
Note that applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payments for items supplied.
Interested vendors must have financial capacity to deliver on contract(s) without upfront payment.
Current vendors who are still interested in doing business with Jhpiego must also reapply/submit expression of interest.

Additional Information

Quotation should include the following for both categories of equipment:

All submissions must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Invitation for EOI for the supply of goods and services" and the category been applied for.
Proof or license to offer required services as given by the responsible regulatory body (if applicable).
Payment terms is Net 30 days.
All submissions must be dully signed by authorized signatories or representatives of vendors

Duration

Only shortlisted vendors will remain in our data base for minimum of 12 months and will be point of call for required services listed above. However, please be aware that this is not a contract or commitment by Jhpiego at this stage.
