Title: Invitation to Tender for the Construction of 40Km Earth Road

Preamble

Nasarawa State Bureau for Rural Development on behalf of Nasarawa State Government is desirous of constructing a 40km Earth road inclusive of Earth works, drainage's, and water ways from Rinze to Nunku with a spur to Ungwan Audu, wish to invite eligible civil Engineering contractors to quote for the construction of the Road.

Requirement for Qualification

Certificate of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
Tax clearance certificate for the past 3 years ending 2020 and VAT Registration number.
Evidence of payments to Nasarawa State Internal Revenue Services Accounts for Registration with Nasarawa State Bureau of Public Procurement.
Evidence of satisfactory completion of similar works.
Any un-certified/unsubstantiated document may lead to outright rejection of the bids.

Application Closing Date

26th December, 2021.

Opening of Bids

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders on 26/12/2021 in conference ROOM of the Bureau for Rural Development along Makurdi Road Lafia, Nasarawa State.

Collection of Tender Documents

Briefs on above mentioned project can be obtained from the office of Chief Engineer at the Bureau's Headquarters along Makurdi Road Lafia, Nasarawa State.

Submission of Documents

Completed tender documents should be addressed and delivered to the:

Director General,

Nasarawa State Bureau for Rural Development,

Makurdi Road,

Lafia - Nasarawa State.
