Title: Invitation to Tender for the Construction of 2 Units, 3 Compartments Pour Flush Latrines, Drilling of Boreholes and Rehabilitation of Existing Boreholes in Three Local Government of the State

Preamble

Due to the prolong strike by the organized labour, the Government of Cross River State wishes to re-advertise the above-mentioned project earlier advertised on Vanguard Newspaper of Monday 27th September, Tender;s Journal of 27th September (Vol. 9 No. 347] and Nigerian Chronicle of 1st October 2021 respectively. Accordingly, the Cross River State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWATSSA) is inviting interested contractors to submit Bids for the under listed projects.

Scope of Work

The project is divided into 9 lots:

Lot 1, 2 and 3 are the construction of 2 units, 3 compartments pour flush latrines with 4 Hand Washing Stations, at specific locations in the 3 Local Government Areas of Obudu, Abi and Odukpani.
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 entails the drilling of Solar Powered Boreholes and rehabilitation of existing ones.

30th November, 2021.

Opening of Submission

Opening of Technical Bids shall commence at 12:00 noon the 30th of November being the day of closure of submission.
