The United States Embassy in Nigeria invites interested vendors / suppliers to tender quotation documents for the following works:

The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Scope of Work

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to provide the following:

Cussons baby oil 200ml - 50gallon
Diamond multipurpose liquid soap 4-liter gallon (gray type, green cover) - 150gallon
Diamond odor control 4-liter gallon (red cover) - 150gallon
Hypo bleach 1 liter - 100liters
Dettol classic Antiseptic disinfectant liquid (750ml) -100 bottle
Bounty paper towel, Value Big Roll, (Pack of 24) - 100bag
Hand towel cleaning duster - 200packet
Diamond Antibacterial liquid hand soap (500ml) - 200bottles
Rose Carla tissue paper rolls (bag of 48 rolls) - 200bags
Ambi Pur refill deodorant - 100ea
Car wash High Foam - 100ea
soap detergent powder white (10kg bag) - 20bags
Disposable hand gloves - 100packets
Black poly bag - 100packets
Mortein insecticide 300ml - 100cans
Hand sanitizer 500ml with pump dispenser - 100bottles
Ochra stainless steel bucket 15-liter - 50ea

Note

The preferred shipping location is Embassy warehouse Durumi Abuja, Nigeria.
If you are quoting outside the U.S.A, kindly advise direct shipping charge to U.S Embassy Abuja.

Please Note

Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
