Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) invites competent and interested suppliers/vendors to submit tender documents for the following works:

Norwegian Church Aid is a Norwegian humanitarian and ecumenical organisation with headquarters in Oslo. It was traditionally affiliated with the state Church of Norway, but is now independent. Norwegian Church Aid works together with people and organisations across the world to eradicate poverty and injustice.

Preamble

Norwegian Church Aid is launching a Local Open Tender and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s).

Scope of Work

Purchase and Supply of Vehicle for NCA Nigeria Country Office.

Eligibility Requirements

Tenderers must meet the following criteria:

Proof of company registration to operate in Nigeria (Cooperate Affairs Commission, CAC)
Authorization by all relevant government agencies to carry out required supplies and services.
A licensed and approved automobile dealer in Nigeria.
Valid and functional company Tax Identification Number, TIN
Experience in similar supplies/services in the past preferably with I/NGOs.

Application Closing Date

17:00 hours (Nigerian Time), 26th October, 2021.

Collection of Documents

Tender documents will be available from 6th October-24th October, 2021. Interested tenderer's may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below or via the email: procurement.ng@nca.no

Opening of Documents

Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.

N/B: Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing (fax or email) up to 20th October, 2021.

Please Note

All the supplies are for a humanitarian project in Maiduguri, Borno State.
All supplies are to be delivered by the company to Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria including casual and technical needs, managing shipment, insurance, documentation, necessary clearance, and other logistical activities related to this service/ supply.
The offered prices shall be quoted in Naira only.
Late bids will be rejected.
