The African Development Bank (AFDB) invites qualified and experienced companies to indicate interest by submitting RFP documents to tender for the following works:

The African Development Bank Group or Banque Africaine de Développement is a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, since September 2014. The AfDB is a financial provider to African governments and private companies investing in the regional member countries.

Title: Request for Proposals for the Supply, Implementation, Maintenance and Training for a Unified Communications Analytics Solution for the African Development Bank

Preamble

The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as (The Bank) intent to select a company for Supply, implementation, maintenance and training for a Unified Communications Analytics Solution for the African Development Bank. The Bank therefore wishes to invite technical and financial proposals from experienced companies for provision of the above services.

Scope of Work

The scope includes the following:

Web-based system, providing full functionality using any web browser, from anywhere inside or outside the organization.
Scalable system architecture, supporting an unlimited number of voice gateways, Microsoft Teams,Zoom, WebEx and session border controllers initial license for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, 5 Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) session border controllers and 72 Cisco voice gateways and 36 iQSIM GSM Gateways.
Enhanced modularity for various types of installations, providing flexibility for cloud, centralized and distributed networks.
The user-centric and cross accounting reports capabilities provide consolidated detailed PSTN usage, and the tracking of the network traffic expenses for various providers including SIP trunk and digital service providers.
Carrier accounting collection capability using API.
Event log for tracking the system logs for a better system administration.
System monitor, displaying online information about the CDRs collection from the different data sources, the CDRs processing status and other changes in the system.
Report’s drill-down ability, for viewing the different providers of PSTN services in just one report.
Enhanced export API that enables users to define the required export format.
Enhanced security: access limitation to capabilities and functions.
Integration with Service Now for ITSM
Alert - Real-time alerting monitor for critical events and system’s current fault status
Generate monthly reports for voice and video conference services utilization
Extensive collection of all the events occurring on the organization’s voice gateways, session border controllers’ network, Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, phones (Poly CCX), and video conference devices (Poly, DTEN etc.)
Integration with Azure Active Directory for authentication
Integration with Zoom API, WebEx API and Microsoft Graph API for MS Teams to get reports and dashboard
Provide training for agents/supervisors and system administrators.
Support & maintenance of solution 3 years.
