The Norwegian Church Aid invites interested consulting firms to submit tender documents for the following works:

Norwegian Church Aid is a Norwegian humanitarian and ecumenical organisation with headquarters in Oslo. It was traditionally affiliated with the state Church of Norway, but is now independent. Norwegian Church Aid works together with people and organisations across the world to eradicate poverty and injustice.

Title: Invitation to Tender for Consultancy service for Designing, Construction and Commissioning of Feacal Sludge Management Project

Scope of Work

Norwegian Church Aid in launching a Local Open Tender and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s):

Consultancy Service for Designing, Construction and Commissioning of Feacal Sludge Management Project.

Eligibility Requirements

Tenderers must meet the following criteria:

Proof of company registration to operate In Nigeria (cooperate Affairs commission, CAC).
Authorisation by BOSEPA and all relevant government agencies to carry out required works and services.
Valid and functional company Tax Identification Number, TIN.
Presence in Maiduguri, Borno state.
Experience in similar activities in the past preferably with I/NGOs.

Application Closing Date

17:00 hours (Nigerian Time), 3rd October, 2021.

Collection of Bid Documents

Tender documents will be available from 13th September to 30th September 2021. Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting authority mentioned below.

Opening of Documents

Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Tenderers or their representative can be present at the opening of the tenders.

Additional Information

All the works and services are for a humanitarian project in Maiduguri, Borno State, an intervention supported by UNICEF and FCDO.
All works and services are to be delivered by the company to Maiduguri, Borno State Nigeria including casual and technical needs, managing shipment, insurance, documentation, necessary clearance, and other logistical activities related to this work.
The offered prices shall be quoted in Naira only.
Late bids will be rejected.
