The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Title: Request for Quotation for CCTV Installation at Aspen Compound, Abuja

Preamble

The Embassy of the United States of America, Abuja invites you to submit a quotation for furnishing and installation of Close Circuit Television (CCTV) System at a U.S Government compound (Aspen) at # Plot 3103 Murtala Mohammed Expressway (Kubwa Expressway) Katampe District, Abuja.

Site Visit

Prospective offerors/quoters should send the names of their representatives (no more than one per company) to: Abujaprocurement@state.gov no later than August 30th, 2021 at 12 noon to secure entry into the compound.

The site visit for this requirement has been scheduled as below:

Date: August 31st, 2021.

Time: 1:30pm,

Venue: Aspen compound, # Plot 3103 Murtala Mohammed Expressway (Kubwa Expressway) Katampe District, Abuja.

Application Closing Date

9th September, 2021.

Submission of Document

Your quotation must be submitted to the Contracting Officer in an email to: AbujaProcbids@state.gov With subject title "RFQ# PR10173470 for Installation of CCTV at Aspen compound".

Note

No quotations will be accepted after the above stated deadline.
