Preamble

USAID's Integrated Health Program (IHP) would like to invite eligible firms to submit offers for booking airline tickets for both local and international travel for IHP staff and guests:

The Vendors must demonstrate capacity, based upon technical expertise, management capability, and financial resources.
Palladium intends to sign a Service Level Agreement (contract) with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

RFQ Submission Requirements / Evaluation

Company profile details including registered address, functional email address, telephone numbers, and point of contact for the organization.
Copy of certificate of incorporation as a travel agent
Bank Reference letter
IATA Certificate
Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years.
Audited Financial Statements for 2018, 2019, and 2020.
Evidence of previous work done in this area
